"We had a wonderful stay. It all starts with a welcoming drink when you get to the hôtel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We even got them to organize a picnique for us in the hotel park. It wasn’t too far from Florence so we could spend the day there. The food was good and we enjoyed every night a few drinks at the bar. "The hotel is located well in the old city. I had lunch and breakfast outside on the sidewalk near the carousel. The food was excellent and the service superb. The room was well appointed and the bed comfortable. The only thing I did not like was the location. My room was in the interior and I only saw a staircase. I should have asked for a different room. "Hotel staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Hotel is lovated about 10 minute walk from the wall and about 15 from vity centre. Room was bit outdated but very clean. Only minus i have is the noise, we had a room in the third floor near the elevator and i kept waking up because the noise from the hallway. Earplugs must!
