"Prime location for central access. Had to bring our own cot as property does not provide them. Property fairly newly renovated, but lots of snagging required throughout the room, attention to detail needs refining (shower screen soiled with water marks, tap/shelf loose fittings, sealant coming away around the bathroom/bedroom, paint chips/marks over walls need touching up, balcony outside had soiled decking and furniture and faux plant/pots broken, wonky. "A very clean one bedroom flat with all the amenities required for a holiday. Very centrally located for the town centre and easy to access property. Slightly strange layout (you need to walk through the bedroom to get from the lounge to the Kitchen and bathroom). Please be aware that Parking at this property is very difficult. It is located in a very narrow terrace and we were only able to access the parking space for one day of our holiday and the space was either blocked by neighbours or...

"Breakfast was ok but items on menu extra had to be paid for. Room was clean but dated. Shower was an electric shower that was nearly unusable. Low pressure and no temperature control. No replacement shower gel was left after room was cleaned. Staff were excellent and restaurant was well presented. Hotel room a low 3 star at best."

"The staff were very helpful and kind. The property was part of a farm so there was an unpleasant smell of manure. The room was small and very hot. It would have been useful to have had a fan in the room."

"The setting is idyllic the facilities are very poor.No outside umbrellas to enjoy the view in the sun. No bar between 3pm and 5.30pm to access drinks of any kind. White wine at dinner served warm were told there was no chilled wines in the fridge. Evening menu is limited but we're still informed on the 2nd night that the first two options were Unavailable. There appears to be no managerial oversight"
