"Clean, safe and friendly staff, great location close to restaurants and shops."

"Really nice place. Can highly recommend"

"Everything was absolutely perfect. Great location, very clean and exactly as advertised. Mary’s communication was extraordinary and she made every effort to ensure our stay was an absolute pleasure. I thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Bologna!"

"The location is beautiful overlooking the city and the hills. The owners were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The property is stunning and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast spread was very good. We walked to a local restaurant for dinner; walk was beautiful and diner was tasty. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you :)"

"Very good"

"This is a good value for money option. The room was fine and the air conditioning was key. The staff makes an effort. The set of rooms had a shared kitchen which is great. The elevator is about 2 feet wide and maybe 4 feet deep, so be aware. It works fine but two of you plus your luggage will not fit. The main issue for me was their check in. They sent a note via Expedia that I had to do remote check-in (e.g. no reception) and to contact them via email or WhatsApp three days ahead. I...

"The internet wasn’t working the whole time and I had to do work, and at the end I ran out of the data, and I only realized when I got into Urbino, and of course there’s no telecom here, and I’m screwed. Very pissed at the owners; I’ve texted them several times about the internet, and they just simply didn’t care. If you don’t care about WiFi, then everything else is fine."

"The staff are very friendly and kind. The location is very close to many places to see including university of Bologna and National Art Gallery"

"Struttura super pulita accogliente e facile da trovare, super consigliato. "
