"La cosa più deludente è stato il mare. Nella spiaggia davanti all'hotel i colori dell'acqua ,che è pulita e trasparente, rispecchiano le rocce del fondale che sono beige, marroncine, verdognole; inoltre c'è il fattore VENTO, che si alza tutti i giorni verso le 11.00 del mattino, aumenta alle 13.00 rendendo fastidioso stare sotto l'ombrellone e difficile entrare in acqua, scende alle 19.00. "Our stay at Agroktima was a very unique experience. The cottage house has a beautiful architecture, the area was very peaceful and had an amazing view of the mountains. The staff were super friendly and treated us like family. The way the breakfast was served was very unique, as they had all products from the farm, and everything was very tasty. I highly recommend staying at this place for anyone who wants to experience a unique local place."

"We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. George and his wife were so accommodating. The room was perfect, quiet and clean. The entire property was very very well maintained. Amazing location, you can walk to everything. Also, very close to the port. We would be visit again."

"Awesome stay! Great little spot close to the beach, and not a far walk to town. Close to a supermarket and places to rent motorcycles! You do need an international license on Spetses. Breakfast was amazing!! The staff helped arrange taxi pickup getting to the port. We had a great room and view on the terrace balcony and enjoyed relaxing outside."

"The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The resort itself was so well maintained and had such a calm atmosphere. The pool was lovely and cool. It was Julia’s birthday whilst we were there and she so kindly shared her cake with us - how beautiful of her. We loved our trip to Spetses. The e-bike recommendation from the staff was perfect. Cycling around the island was a joy. One top tip is bring some deet - we were there in October and the mozzies were out in force. There was a...
