"Camera spaziosa, pulita, calda con bagno grande e comodissimo, apprezzo il doccino alternativo al bidet. Comodo raggiungere il centro con l'autobus che ferma proprio sotto la struttura ma anche a piedi è una piacevole passeggiata. Parcheggio privato in cortile interno chiuso. Ho gradito anche la possibilità di utilizzare microonde, frigo e bollitore. Accoglienza cordiale e di massima disponibilità. "

"The room is in a nice location in Riomaggiore. The view was sensational and what drew us in. The bed was very comfy & check-in remote was very easy too and lots of information provided. I wouldn’t class it as luxury though; the doorbell was smashed in, the amenities inside were damaged or broken too - the kettle was broken, the notch for the fridge was broken, the fridge door didn’t open etc. So we were disappointed with this given how much we spent on this stay."

"The place lives up to its name of “luxurious room”. The room is recently renovated and is modern, clean and well provisioned, even with slippers. It is located near the cruise ship pier and has restaurants nearby. The host is extremely gracious and hospitable. He not only waited to welcome us well into the night but also drove us to the Castle when we could not find a taxi to go there. The interaction with him left us a wonderful memory for La Spezia."

"Property was as describe, view was perfect, easy to find. Very clean AC wasn’t the best, however, we visited from the US so our AC is very cold. We never saw the owners, they left check-in instructions. They were semi- responsive già whatsapp. Bed is a very firm mattess. "
