"It was our second year in a row visiting this hotel - 2 adults and a 4 year old. We were very lucky to be upgraded to a one bedroom apartment on the top floor with lovely sea views. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially with children. The hotel is in a lovely quiet safe area but just a short taxi ride to the busy marina. The new fountains were a lovely addition. The hotel is very clean. The rooms a little bit dated but it didn't bother us, once they were clean. "

"We had a fantastic stay in Vilamoura. The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable self-catering holiday. The location was excellent—close to the marina, restaurants, and shops—making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!” We have been coming here 7years and always excited to return! "

"Fijne accommodatie, vriendelijk personeel, ruim appartement, eten lekker en voldoende variatie, 2 zwembaden, waarvan het kleine verwarmd is, het grote koud, brrr... enig minpuntje, weinig ligzetels. Buitendouche en rond zwembad zou dagelijks iets meer gereinigd mogen worden. Maar voor de rest zeker een prima hotel"

"We had an excellent stay from start to finish. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was of a very high standard with plenty of choice we only ate out once all week. The football pitch, running track, and gym were fantastic for our family, and there was also plenty of entertainment around the pool. "Great stay at Laguna resort, which is a quiet and relaxing retreat on the outskirts of Vilamoura. Taxi to the marina is around €6, excluding tip. You could walk although it’s about 30mins in the heat. Limited dining options on the resort but plenty within a short taxi ride. Villa cleaned 6 days (Sunday off), downside was the hot tub is not operational and top level unusable, also patio area could have been cleaner. "A estadia correu muito bem e a casa está bem situada e bem equipada. Como a varanda está exposta ao sol penso que seria simpático um chapéu de sol para poder tomar o pequeno-almoço ou almoço na rua, ou simplesmente usufruir da mesma, mas à sombra. De resto nada a acrescentar. "
