The middle aged man who served us breakfast very early on Nov. 10 was excellent. So thoughtful and wonderful in serving. On the negative side, the sheets were too small - you ended up sleeping on the mattress (not enough sheet to tuck them in well. It would be wonderful with a chair in the room, not just a stool. Clean and of course, an amazing view of the sea.

Staff was very kind. Hotel was run down. Room was dirty and stuffy. Air conditioner did not cool much. No tv. We left after seeing the room.We did not stay.

Propre et bien situé avec du négatif à corriger...

L'hôtel est bien situé, il n'est pas loin d'une plage publique. Nous sommes partis à pied au Ribat de Monastir et au Mausolée Habib Bourguiba. Nous avons réservé une chambre double vue sur mer mais le réceptionniste nous a attribué une chambre vue sur terrasse car nous avons fait une demande spéciale lors de la réservation (chambre avec lits jumeaux), par conséquent, la vue sur mer est perdue avec les lits jumeaux accordés ! La chambre est propre, mais pas de tapis de bain!! Et pourtant y a un risque de glissade avec la présence d'une baignoire ! Nous avons trouvé des serviettes et du savon pour une seule personne, donc j'ai dû descendre pour en réclamer pour moi ! Pas de télécommande pour la télé qui n'est même pas branchée et elle est cassée au coin ! La lampe, à l'entrée de la chambre ne fonctionne pas ! Pas de frigo ! Ni de geste de bienvenue... Le petit déjeuner est servi sous forme de buffet à volonté. Il est correct mais n'est pas vraiment varié (le jus servi dans un pichet est imbuvable !). La piscine est très petite. Nous avons juste jeté un coup d'œil, on n'a même pas envie d' y rentrer ; deux personnes se baignaient et plusieurs personnes étaient assises au tour en train de regarder !! La connexion wifi est bonne. Je recommande pour les personnes à petit budget, qui ne sont pas regardant des petits détails, de passage ou qui veulent juste y passer une ou plusieurs nuits et profiter de la plage d'à côté. Pour nous, une autre fois, de passage, peut-être !

Tres bon accueil, le personnel est gentil et souriant.Nous avons énormément apprécié la vue sur la mer. L hotel est un peu desuet et aurait besoin d un bon rafraîchissement des chambres.Dommage que l entretien ne soit pas a la hauteur des 3 etoiles de l hotel.

This place is literally falling apart. It hasn’t been updated since the 90s. The mattress was rock hard and the sheets paper thin. The curtains were dusty and dirty. The towels look like they have been through a lot. No toiletries in the ancient bathroom and the shower curtain was moldy. The breakfast was just awful with stale bread, powdered juice mix, and watered down coffee. It was served in a stuffy dining room that reeked of cigarettes. Oh and there was a mouse in the hallway. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here.

Book ikke det her sted.

Book ikke det her sted. For at starte med det positive. Monia ligger rigtig fint i Sousse med kort afstand til stranden og transportmidler, men derudover er der ikke særlig meget positivt at sige om stedet. Stedet havde intet vand, selvom andre steder i byen havde rindende vand. Vi betalte fuld pris uden at Monia fortalte os om problemet. Efterfølgende ser vi et andet par tjekke ind, hvorefter de får en prisreduktion. Vi spørger om det samme, men Monia vil ikke engang enerkende, at de gav en prisreduktion til de andre gæster. Derudover er bygningen dårligt isoleret, hvilket er medvirkende i at alle lyde, som der kommer fra gaden og opgangen i løbet af aftenen eller natten kan høres tydeligt. Internetforbindelse er meget ustabil. Min iPhone havde nærmest intet internet under opholdet, imens min kærestes også havde svært ved at forbinde til deres internet. Som den sidste og måske værste ting ved vores overnatning var rengøringen. Der var generelt ikke gjort særlig godt rent, og der var mange hår fra tidligere gæster både på badeværelset og i sengetøjet.
