"Nice room"

"I typically like to use Tru by Hilton hotels on my business trips as they are clean and newer. I was disappointed with this one as the property is neglected in my opinion. The hotel is not as clean as it should be, hallways have odors, my room had dirt on the floor, shower had mold stains. The AC / heating units are difficult to set for comfort. The microwave by the front desk was filthy with mixed odors and of course there are none in the rooms. I also used the gym. I checked it the night...

"My room was clean. The staff was so helpful...I was so grateful to all that helped me when I needed something... I will stay there again...Thanks"
