"The dryer wasn't working and they brought a portable dryer. We were advised that they would have a replacement the next day. No one came to check or even bother to call to ask. Such an inconvenience when trying to complete laundry.
Had to ask for the second TV remote for the room.
A proper check for the room and facilities needs to be conducted before guests check in."

"This is a scam! Do not book! Despite having booking confirmation from Expedia, there was no accommodation available and I had to resort to finding emergency accommodation at 6pm during a very busy time for Nadi where safe accommodation was extremely hard to find and ended up being ridiculously expensive.
Expedia apparently need approval/confirmation from the apartment manager to issue a refund and to no surprise, they are not answering nor calling back.
