"The front staff are very friendly 💯👏👏 however during dinner, there were no varieties and also drinks were not included, at least a glass of juice per person would work. I Also requested for a packed breakfast, however there was no menu to choose from, and also was packed without cutlery. My daughter accidentally scratched her face at the beach, we requested for a first aid or an Elastoplast, only to be told it was not available. At the poolside, we ordered chicken nuggets and lollipops but they were not well cooked. I called the waiter to send the food back to the kitchen, but we never saw the food again "

"Staff was nice and helpful. Room was spacious. Food was terrible and overpriced. Tried four of the restaurants and none of the food was good. Plenty of restaurants off site that were better and cheaper. Food is catered to Muslims (halal)"

"The resort is wonderfully located. Overall our stay was ok. The staff was not attentive to the small things. Large wait times for service at meals. The whole property could use some upgrades. We usually stay at the Sarova Whitesands. I think we will be headed back there next year. "

The resort is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located on the stunning Diani Beach. My Oceanfront Deluxe room was amazing—spacious, comfortable, spotless, and with incredible views of the ocean. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the resort and the beautiful beachfront. A special thank you goes to Regina, my Guest Experience Assistant, who truly made my stay unforgettable. She assisted with my check-in and went above and beyond to arrange several incredible experiences for me. Regina organized an amazing private dinner on the beach, which was beautifully set up and absolutely magical. She also helped arrange a fantastic beach cabana experience and a jet ski activity, which were highlights of my visit. The entire staff at the resort was friendly, professional, and welcoming, and you can tell the team takes great pride in providing a great guest experience. Zakia, who is AMAZING, was my attendant for my cabana. I had an equally great attendant for my Dinner on the Beach. I highly recommend Southern Palms Resort to anyone visiting Diani Beach. It’s a beautiful property with excellent service and unforgettable Indian ocean views. "
