"We regret another reservation of ours could not be completed due to lack of uniform internet. We reserved, therefore, at this establishment as a last minute solution. Please be aware the only window was the door itself. The bed and pillows were among the most uncomfortable we have ever endured. (Lumps.) The location itself is lovely. Yet there is no lobby/reception, so the name of "palazzo" is additionally misleading. Good luck if you must stay here. "

"Nice room, clean, great location and great value for the price. The owner is very nice. Breakfast was served at a bar and it was from one of my favourite bakeries Sunflower. Only cons are the stairs in the building, because it’s old and there is not much you can do but might be difficult for old people/ pregnant."

"Very pleased we didn’t pay full price for this hotel. Being by the sea was really lovely and the staff were good but the hotel / our room was very rundown. The reviews for the restaurant aren’t good so we decided to go into Giovinazzo (8miles away), the hotel staff said a taxi was €40, we ended up booking an uber which was €18! We were told a taxi to the airport (5miles) was €35, an uber was €23. This doesn’t reflect the score of the hotel / staff but thought it would be helpful for other...

"The stay was absolutely perfect, I traveled with my family and we utilized both apartments for 7 people with plenty of room for everyone. Ruvo is a beautiful town and the Casa Rubis was in walking distance of everything, fresh bread, pastry, meats , fish and fresh sliced cured meats and cheese, I am missing my stay already. We can’t wait to travel back, thank you for an excellent stay Casa Ribis!!!"

Santo Spirito, Bari is a surprisingly cute town with a very nice walk to the port. Quite glad we booked our room where we did. The town is expanding its waterfront with sitting areas, restaurants and bars. "

"Cute and quaint. Close enough to the beach which was a 10 minute walk away. There are no staff in this location so asking for extra towels and toilet paper was awkward but the staff were very helpful and nice. The park for children is right across the street which was great for my 8y old and 6y old but the walls did not have sound proofing so sleeping at night was difficult for a light sleeper such as myself. Loved the town!"
