"Place is great. You must have a private vehicle to reach there. Activities are fun and keep you busy. Week mobile network reception helps you cut away from the rest of the world. Swimming pool and game room is well maintained. Some ponds inside the premises are not very clean. Food is average and may be bit spicy at times for lunch and dinner. Breakfast and snacks were good. Rooms were clean from inside but you may find dust in gallaries. Bathroom was clean but needs some work done as toilet...

"The resort is too old. Rooms r big but not well furnished.food for Room service is very limited . Resort is not maintain professionaly. They dont mind because of they r always booked. Somebody told me that their new resort named Gulmohar is good. But this old property is not worth. "We came here looking for some peace, loud music was being played above our deck in the pool area till 12am and after repeatedly calling them to turn off as per the quiet rules starting 11am, they kept playing till 1am. They gave us a room right below the deck; we booked a luxury room but nothing like the name described. "Location by the side of Vaitarana lake was excellent but facilities in the room were poor, despite high tariff. Simple toiletaries were also not provided. Leakage in the tent during rains. Good quality was good. Approach road is horrible. "

"1.no electricity 2.no service what so ever , we called their restaurants at least 4 times but they did not care to pickup call 3. we had order a sandwich and after 1 hpur waiter comes and inform us it cannot be made. 4. they roof of the room was dripping in rain 5. the bathtub was broken and leaking 6. bathtub was not even cleaned the water was yellow as urine"

Stay at Rakabi the Fern Igatpuri

"Our stay was pleasant overall, thanks to the extremely cooperative hotel staff. A special shout-out to Vijay, Abhishek, and the food team manager (whose name I unfortunately can't recall) for their exceptional service. The food team manager went above and beyond to accommodate my father’s food allergies, providing specially prepared fresh meals just for him. **Cons:** The ongoing renovation work made our stay slightly uncomfortable."

"I had booked a lake view room, they gave me one which was infront of the pool with zero privacy. Everyone enjoying the pool just infront of the room. We had got it changed, the room was just above the swimming pool which was still okay but not worth the price you pay. Overall the resort is good, the view is worth the money and food is awesome too"
