No frills but ticks the boxes

Basic apartment but provided everything we needed. Excellent power shower and double sinks were good. We didn’t select a room with a terrace and didn’t miss it as went to beach each day - 30 minute steady pace walk away. Lack of receptionist wasn’t ideal but was able to telephone number posted on wall and they sent someone over. Rooftop pool area was clean and never had many people at it. Includes to Cabana type beds at no cost. Location is around half way between sea level and very top. Hard to avoid in Puerto Rico. Dino 5 mins walk away. Would recommend for a basic, clean apartment.

Die Unterkunft hatte unsere Bewertungen erfüllt und ist zweckmäßig. Die Lage ist okay, man hat einen schönen Ausblick auf die Bucht und Puerto Rico. Man muss sich nur bewusst sein, dass entweder viele Treppen oder Steigung an der Straße überwunden werden muss, um zu Fuß die Unterkunft zu erreichen. Dies war uns vom Anfang bewusst und es war ein tägliches Training :D Klimaanlage und Zimmersafe sind vorhanden. Würden nochmal wiederkommen.

El gran error de nuestra luna de miel

Lo único bueno, las vistas a la playa (pagando habitación con vistas). Todo lo demás, fatal. Lo primero que nos piden es una fianza de 100€ de la cual no avisaban en la reserva. La ubicación horrible, en lo alto de una colina y siendo imposible aparcar. La limpieza muy muy justa, algunos cubiertos y platos tuvimos que fregarlos nosotros. Las sábanas y el colchón viejos. La terraza de la habitación por la cual pagamos un extra no es del todo privada, pasa todo el mundo por delante porque es continua con el resto de apartamentos. La gente se paraba allí a echarse fotos, incluidas las mujeres de la limpieza. Para el checkout no había nadie, tuvimos que llamar, nos dijeron que dejáramos la llave en la habitación y que nos teníamos que fiar de ellos a la hora de revisar la habitación y decidir si nos devolvían la fianza. Jamás volveré aquí.

Fint hotell men ligger avsides och svårt att ta sig till sttrand. Hotellet saknar hiss vilket innebär många trappor med ditt bagage. Vi fick rum längst ner trots att det inte var fullbelagt så väldigt tråkig utsikt. Ingen restaurang eller bar. Väldigt lyhört och du måste ta dig över de andra rummens terrass för att ta dig till rummen så ingen privacy. Poolen var liten och kall trots att det stod att den skulle vara uppvärmd. Väldigt begränsad bemanning och dåliga engelskkunskaper i receptionen.

Fed lejlighed med panoramaudsigt, men

Værelset var uden terrasse, men det var okay. Pænt og nydeligt alle steder, men receptionen var næsten usynlig. Er ikke selv gangbesværet, men det skal man da heller ikke være. Stejl stigning over flere omgange op til lejligheden eller 350 trappetrin. Elles et godt ophold.

Meget bra opphold.

Bassenget var kaldt ca, 20 grader nå i februar. Står at det blir oppvarmet av solceller men det virket som hadde liten effekt. I tillegg må du gå forbi andres terasse for å komme til din hvis du bor på midten. Din inngang til leiligheten er terrassedøren. Men utover det var det nydelig utsikt og fin leilighet. I tillegg var det supermarked 100 meter ned i gata.

Fina rum, många trappor

Ett hotell för dig med bra kondition. Det är ca 350 trappsteg upp från stranden till hotellet och sedan fyra våningar på hotellet utan hiss. Fräscha och moderna rum. Liten pool, ingen restaurang elller bar. Välj de översta två våningarna om du vill ha utsikt. Ej handikappvänligt.

Välj lägenheterna högst upp

Fräscht och rent hotell med fin utsikt om man bor på våningarna höst upp. Undvik nedre plan, därifrån ser man bara grannens tak. Liten men fin pool, men lite tråkigt att hotellet inte har någon servering, varken mat eller dryck. Sköna sängar, stort badrum, funktionellt pentry och fin, egen terass. Många trappor, både upp till hotellet från stan och inne på hotellet. Ingen hiss.

Fräscht hotell med dålig kommunikation

Själva hotellet i sig låg fint till. Dock var det ganska otillgängligt, både det hur det var beläget men också med väldigt många trappor. Vi fick nu lägenhet längst ner, vilket innebar att vi hade en betydligt sämre utsikt över ett tak med antenner - medan man högre upp hade bättre ut över havet. Lite av en besvikelse. Rummet i sig var fräscht och hade det man behövde. Dock fungerade inte en sänglampa, vi sade detta till 'receptionisten' - men det blev inte fixat under hela vår vistelse. Kommunikationen på detta hotell var inte bra, framför allt incheckningningen. När vi kom fram till hotellet så var där bara en låst port och väldigt knapphändig information, efter lite letande hittade vi en liten lapp, där det stod att receptionen var obemannad och att vi var tvungna att checka in på ett annat hotell. Som tur var, var taxin kvar, så vi fick packa in väskorna igen och åka runt. Väl där, pratade taxichauffören med receptionisten på det hotellet, och de sa 'nej det är öppet, jag ringer dem och säger att ni är där så öppnar dem'. Vi fick således åka tillbaka till vårt hotell igen, och då öppnades den låsta porten och det stod en kille där som hjälpte till med incheckningen till slut. Det märkligaste var då att han sa att receptionen var öppen 24h (det var den inte) och i hotels appen att man skulle kontakta dem 72 timmar innan om man skulle checka in efter 17...Väldigt missvisande information då inget visade sig stämma. Poolen ser också mycket större ut på bild. /Lagom nöjd

Todo perfecto! Repetiría sin dudarlo.

Un lugar on bastante privacidad. Un descanso perfecto, un buen aire acondicionado, limpieza perfecta y todo impecable. Buen colchón aunque algo duro las primeras noches. Nos pusieron un edredón sin tener que pedirla, al decir que queríamos un par de sábanas extras para taparnos. Buena comunicación con los empleados, desde la reserva, recepción donde recoger las llaves y el personal de limpieza. Volvería sin dudarlo!

Andra gången på Nachosol. Vi valde det igen pga den fantastiska utsikten och läget. Dock fick vi denna gång. vänta över en timma på att få checka in även om vi meddelat vilket tid vi skulle anlända till hotellet. Dessutom var golvet i rummet smutsigt och glasen var slarvigt diskade. Överlag hade vi en bra vistelse. Personalen kan ingen engleska men försöker ändå hjälpa till så gott de kan!

Not exactly “premium”

Check in is not very good - press buzzer and they sent a member if staff from Nachosol Atlantic who took 20 minutes to arrive. Check in is 2pm apartment hadn’t been cleaned at 2.30pm and had to wait. The apartments are modern and comfortable, however, as no management are present the cleaners do very little, dirty floors, terrace not cleaned, beds rarely changed etc. The premium apartments do not have a private terrace and access to all apartments is via everyone else’s terrace so no privacy. Be aware the standard apartments have no outside space at all and are located on a stair case. It was very annoying as cleaners left bags of laundry and rubbish on terrace all day, the sticky mess made was never cleaned. The pool area is peaceful and an amazing view but again it lacked cleanliness, bins not emptied and pool deck rarely cleaned as bird droppings remained fir several days. The reception is not open nor manned onsite, they send someone over for checkin and it’s slow and tedious process. This place could be so much better but lacked any “premium” features or quality of service and cleanliness. Would not return as they are not offering a premium concept as is suggested.

At apartments next to no front desk and no english spoken have to call 9 reception at hotel nacohsol and not told no check in after 5 pm have to get a taxi to hotel then taxi back

The apartments: small ,very friendly place to stay. They Are cleaned every day . Very spacious room with modern kitchen and shower room.and the view of the harbour was breathtaking !
