"The staff were lovely and very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant, coffee shop and breakfast room mentioned in the right up were all part of the motorway services. Costa was good for breakfast. The breakfast room food was cold and awful especially trying to eat it with a wooden knife and fork."

"This hotel is in an amazing location and the views are stunning. The food, staff, grounds and pool etc were what definitely what makes this hotel a 4 star. The room however was rough round the edges with threadbare carpet, holes on the armchairs, bed base pretty rough and the TV unable to get basic channels. The bathroom was beautiful and the room was really clean. It just needs investment but it is huge! "
