"We had the exact room that we booked, very clean and bright. The receptionist welcomed us and gave us all the information we needed. The hotel has a wonderful SPA too. It is located in downtown Sinaia, on the main boulevard, with a lot of stores around. "All around the property was great. The only complaints I could’ve found was the fact that the shower when being used flooded the room as a drain seem to be blocking up and also the mini fridge in our room had been removed and a Freind room still had that many fridge so I wasn’t able to keep drinks cool apart from that no complaints whatsoever would highly recommend this Hotel"

"Resort was friendly and clean. The pools were nice. The beds are extremely hard and not comfortable to sleep on and the mixed alcohol options are extremely limited. The shower was very small and difficult to move around in. There was a lot of loud kids outside in the early morning which makes it hard for people to sleep who have jetlag."

"Upon arrival we were upgraded to another room because of a party which took place during our stay in the building which we booked. The thing is that it was not a real upgrade as we were moved to a room on the fourth floor with no elevator with steps inside the room which was not what we wished for.
