"The check-in process was a bit messy as we were going to be late arriving due to our flight time; we were told different information about getting our key etc when the desk was actually open until 10pm and we picked it up just fine when we arrived! We were lucky enough to be given an upgrade, only to find out the shower was over the bath and ended up back where we booked so we could have a walk-in shower! Would definitely book car parking next time as the street parking was inconvenient and...

"The parking is easy and the location is central with many walking meal options. Most of all the staff are consistently helpful and friendly. This time my travel wasn’t work but for my husband’s birthday and they even gave us a little bottle of wine for our stay. They were also helpful with a later check out giving us time to venture out in the morning."

"Cabin was clean and tidy but a little dated. Split system was very noisy and so we couldn't leave the heater on overnight.
Friendly staff and good location right near a bus stop. Very peaceful and our cabin overlooked the river which was lovely."

"This used to be the Hilton and has had a facelift and rebrand. Unfortunately, it seems all the work has been put into the reception and foyer. The rooms are tired and old looking. Bathroom needed a good scrub and exhaust fan fixed to actually work. QR code for from service wouldn't accept any payment so had to call through anyway. King room was 2 twin beds, which is common, but in this case the beds just kept separating causing a noticeable gap in the middle which was uncomfortable."
