Typical weather for our Saturday and no chef for our Saturday morning breakfast so we got 20% off for saturday night stay because no hot items for breakfast at the buffet. Pool was nice and warm. Nice clean facility with walk in shower and big bathroom. "

"While the hotel is lovely and decorated modern my, their staffs ability to fill requests seem limited. I requested a specific room in the old building on the corner on top floor and requested if that was not available a room anywhere in the new building would be my second choice. Spoke to the hotel the day before arrival. Rep on the phone advised that rooms would be assigned 9am the morning of arrival. When we arrived I found that we were assigned the room next to my requested room as it was still occupied from the evening before and would not be available until the next day. . I asked if we could be assigned a room in the new building as per my request. He said there were no rooms available. Hard to believe there were no rooms available on the morning that they were assigned. There were many people Checking in when we were, and throughout the rest of the evening. Unless everyone had requested the same I’m sure there was one room. Meanwhile the customer service rep kindly offered to upgrade us at a charge if we wanted to move to the new building in a suite. 😡. We returned to the room next the the one we requested… the carrot just dangled in front of us. 🙄"

"Food was excellent and staff are top notch. Management needs to ensure their is an adequate number of staff working in the Bistro in order to accommodate customers. "

"On checkout the staff member refused to give me, or even show me, the account for the restaurant/bar items that I had charged to my room, simply informing me that there were 5 items and that as I had booked my room through Expedia the account and receipt would come from them. I am a long time, fairly frequent, independent, traveller and have never, ever, been refused an account on checking out of a hotel. I still have no idea what items I have been billed for, or the total cost. I only booked and paid Expedia for my room. I am extremely unhappy about this."

"Friendly staff. Stayed on my Birthday and they gave me a little gift, thought that was very nice. Wish the meal voucher did include drinks though."

"We ended up in a different room on the second night, because of a heater issue. It was a just a bit loud. We didn’t complain and would have stayed there both nights. Staff called us and offered a different, bigger room, so we took it. Both rooms were perfect. Clean, updated. Parking was great, and the staff were amazing. "
