"二日目に夕飯は疲れて部屋で食べようと思っていた所、醤油がなくて困っていました。 フロントへ電話をして見たら すぐ対応していただき、醤油を準備していただけました。 有り難かったです。 ありがとうございました。 団体がいて、その配慮もあり、 食堂もお風呂も空き状況が見れるので助かりました。 また利用したいです。"

"It’s just beautiful. They have a shuttle to the ski areas that aren’t walkable. Free shuttle from and to the train station. They were very friendly and helped me set up my luggage transportation to the next ski location."
