"We had the absolute best time! We stayed 4nights and got there about 3-4hrs early Monday, while our room wasn't ready yet, they gave us our pool passes to enjoy the waterpark. Our room was ready around 2:30p. The room had an ocean view and was clean/smelled wonderful. It was perfect for my little family of 4. "My family stayed in an ocean view suite. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very spacious. Everything you need is included. The staff was very friendly and quickly responded to our needs when we requested extra towels. Our only complaint was the beds were not super comfortable. The King size bed in our room popped/creaked. Not sure if the base was broken or if the mattress just needed to be replaced. "All i can say is I'm planning my next visit real soon. Our upgrade was spectacular. The weather was awful most of the trip so having everything in one place was exceptional. The best part was the gaming and i love their free play compensation. Everything was so relaxing and the spa was amazing. I love it here!"
