"This hotel was as comfortable as staying home! Breakfast was awesome - many cold and hot/cooked options. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Workout room was like a full gym."

"The front desk staff answered all my questions and were helpful. The room I stayed in was quiet and clean. It had a no frills vibe. I did like the hand soap they provided. My hands felt soft and clean after using it. Outside the hotel in front it looked like work was being done on other businesses. The outside had a sketchy vibe, but I didn’t experience any issues."

"we got a room with a hottub but the tub didnt work. the tissue box was empty,no wash cloths, the room was had lint in it on the floor and edge of the hottub. the phone did not work and the alarm clock did not work. told the clerk about the tub not working. He said push the button but there was no button to push. will never stay there again"

"The greeting staff at check-in was very unhelpful. The cleanest of building and room were very poor for the $150 that I paid for the hot tub room. It was not worth it The TV didn’t work correctly I had to go get three different remotes. I would not recommend this to any of my friends or family traveling to the Quad cities. They have no maintenance staff. I was very disappointed for the money I spent."

"No breakfast, had cereal and no milk, asked and they appologized and did not have any. Only breakfast was a loaf of bread and a toaster with peanut butter. No coffee. This was at 7am. room was dirty and had hair in shower, beds where made poorly. T.v did not work and lights flickered. Worst hotel i have ever stayed at. "

"Breakfast was in line for this type of property. The business center did not have a printer and the staff on duty did not know how to help me print to a network printer. Suggested i go to Walmart to print something. We were sitting in the lobby reception area chatting before checkout time and a staff member ran the vacuum cleaner right there, even had us move our feet. There is a 4 hour window between check out and check in. Seems like that's when the common areas should be vacuumed, not...

"The staff was super friendly. The room was clean and the property was conveniently located. Lots of stuff to do in the area. One little thing was a bonus to me. The bathroom nightlight. It may be nothing to others but I've never seen this before and I found it useful!"
