"Lovely surroundings leading into the hotel, pretty okay parking (no valet, $35 a night for self park in the structure with parking pass required, a short walk, clean and plentiful though), check-in was GREAT thanks to Luke who was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic and shared the right information about the property and was enthusiastically ready for questions. The food is exceptional at all of the restaurants. And room service. The only complaint is the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Especially the pillows. Great stay otherwise!"
