Good place for short trip
Good place for a short stay. Close to city center. All staffs were friendly and willing to entertain your request. Comfort room. There was no window on my room but I paid the cheapest price. Walking distance to nearest restaurant.

Dear Sir / Madam, We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations during your recent stay with us and apologies for the unpleasant experienced. We, like you are disappointed with inconsiderate guests who ignored our ‘Non Smoking Policy’ which we enforced throughout all of our rooms. We apologies as the air freshener did not help to remove the cigarette odour. We never compromise on guests comfort and cleanliness and do out of our way to accommodate all of our guests. We thank you for your patronage and for bringing these concerns to our attention. We hope we have the chance of welcoming you again at Hotel Nur Miri in the future.

petite chambre mais l'essentiel s'y trouve bon wifi au 2eme étage au 1er ça passe pas ! bouilloire avec café instantané 2 bouteilles d'eau Le ménage n'avait pas été fait le 1er jour j'ai demandé à ce qu'il soit fait les jours suivants ce qui a été fait ... pdj à la carte + petit buffet gâteaux pain de mie et café instantané sans être loin de tout les environs sont glauques ! des bâtiments en construction sur l'arrière et donc pas mal de bruit ... 2 restaurants "locaux" plutôt bons pas loin ...

NEW HOTEL WITH WALKING DISTANCE TO AMENITIES
Stayed for 2 nights in the cheapest room of the hotel and without breakfast. Room a bit small with no windows except in the bathroom. The hotel is new, meaning facilities are also new. TV has several Astro Channels. The double bed was clean and comfortable. Has mini fridge although didn't use it. Staff are locals and friendly.Walking distance to banks, halal restaurants (including KFC), Jamek mosque and Siti Payung Layer Cake Shop. 2 1/2 star 3 storey hotel but sufficient for a solo business traveler like me or new married couple without maximum 1 small child.

Thank you for your recent comments and review. We are glad that you had a comfortable stay at Hotel Nur and at the same time apologized for the unpleasant experienced during your stay with us. It is the Hotel's standard to place the schedule for prayer in all the rooms. However, upon checking with our Housekeeping Supervisor, they have overlooked and did not place the schedule in your room during your stay. I have spoken and stressed to the Housekeeping Supervisor that such incident should not happen again. As for the hot water control and the remote for television, the Maintenance went to check the hot water control and found that it is in working order. Perhaps it takes a while fir the water to get hot due to the water flow rate to your room. And for the television remote, we have ordered a replacement and waiting for the supplier to deliver. We thank you for your patronage and for bringing these concerns to our attention. We certainly look forward to your next visit to our Hotel.

A very pleasant, friendly and convenient hotel.
A well priced hotel in a very convenient area. Close to a mall and lots of restaurants. I was very impressed with the way reception gave me breakfast on the morning I arrived as I was leaving before breakfast the next morning.

Convenient, friendly, comfortable and quiet
My deluxe family room was spacious and had a seating area. The shower was heavenly with rain shower head and continuous hot water supply. The hotel had a restaurant where simple but good breakfast was served and you could also have lunch to order. When I couldn't make it back to the hotel room for lunch, I ordered food for my children from the restaurant and had it sent to the room. If you are a foodie, eateries are within 1-2 minutes' walking distance. The staff were friendly and alert - one called my room and informed me that I had left my interior car light on. Overall, it was a positive experience.

普通によい宿だが、窓のない部屋が多い。窓付きにすると値段が上がる。部屋は狭いが清潔。ティーセットやアイロン、ドライヤーなど一通りの設備はそろっています。朝食もまあまあ。周辺にはレストランやスーパーマーケットなどあり便利。

Nice clean hotel.
Hotel is new and room is clean. WIFI and air-con were great ! Rain shower was fantastic. Front desk was very helpful in booking a taxi for me to the airport. Breakfast is probably one area that needs improvement.

Neu, aber trotzdem schon alt.
Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster und im Bad war Schimmel an der Decke. Das ganze Zimmer war feucht und da kein Fenster geöffnet werden konnte, brachte man die Feuchtigkeit auch nicht raus. Buffet beim Morgenessen ist bescheiden.

깨끗하지만 좀 아쉬운 호텔
방에 창문이 없어 외부와 단절된 느낌입니다. 복도에서 나는 소음은 전혀 방음이 안되고. 하지만 이 가격에 이정도 호텔이면 만족합니다. 이번에 갔을 때는 변변치 못한 아침식사 마져도 준문을 받더니 너무 늦게 나와서 포기했어야 했고 조금 아쉽습니다.

Ok but there are better budget options
Ok. As others have said rooms are clean, breakfast is ok and it feels safe. Little expensive and I think there are better budget options in miri.

外見よりずっときれいで清潔なホテル
深夜着、翌早朝発だったので、滞在時間は短かったですが、スタッフの対応がとてもよかったです。 タクシーも予約も予めお願いしていた時間に、ちゃんと呼んでおいてくれてました。 部屋も、外観から想像するよりずっときれいで清潔です。

Clean and safe... but noisy in the mornings
Pros - rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. It feels very safe and secure - I would recommend it to other women travelling solo. (This is a hotel for families more than dodgy businessmen!) Walking distance to Imperial, Bintang and Mega malls. Cons - Cleaning staff are SO loud in the morning. This seems to be an ongoing problem. I have mentioned it to reception more than once. Just for info - Expensive, but Miri is an expensive city. Construction nearby but this is not a problem at weekends. Need to pay for parking during the week. Some rooms don't have windows - be aware of this when you're booking.

Taxidriver Scam in Miri
Hotel is nice and new and the staff friendly, hoewever there are problems with the taxidrivers as a foreigner they try to charge you five times more and never turn on the meter.

Honestly the hotel is just nice. Since it a new hotel everything is ok. But the staff treatment is terrible I don't think the staffs now how to doing their job as front liner. They are not friendly. Hardly giving smile. Terrible service.

Sukakan: Kebersihan, kakitangan & perkhidmatan, keadaan hartanah & kemudahan, keselesaan bilik
From outside its look like a loolw profile hotel,but once inside the lobby,it was suprisingly look well throughout the walk to our hotel room.The room was spacious n modern look. The only little problem is the wi-fi connection,although its free. Overall it was a pleasant and comfy stay and suitable for family.
