I was just on a weekend getaway but it was great! Clean and relaxing with a beautiful view. Only negative thing is that I was scheduled to take a tour of the property at noon and they told me that I couldn't do it due to some technicality. Something about too many people from my area have already signed up. Anyhow, other than that I've had a lovely time. Thank y'all.

The place was amazing, our room view was beautiful.. staff are approachable and thoughtful. They made our stay extra special by surprising us with a gift and card for our anniversary. The amenities are complete and accessible, rooms are clean and have a complete stuff. We would go backwards again.

Property is not ocean front. The units you will get as a suite will be a one bedroom overlooking the parking facility. Small windows allowing for lite illumination. You feel pressured at Check-in to commit to a presentation as your keys are not provided by the front desk agent but rather you're passed to a "concierge". This person's job it to get you to commit to a presentation and afterwards you're given you're room keys. Keys are wrist band style that show everyone you're a club member or guest. I don't find this safe at all. Staff is happy to see you at first and engages with you as you arrive. Once they can't overcome your objection, the mood changes. It's a decent place and location is walking distance to beach. Dining venues are somewhat close but not worth it beach front. Prices are high and quality is average at best. You're better not going to any of the "suggested" places and venture out to the main artery in HWY 98. Go to Grand Blvd if you want Hugh end venues.

This is a ownership vacation resort which we found out the hard way. Nothing mentions this when booking but when you get there to check in, the receptionist asks you to talk to the concierge before you get your keys. It starts out with here are some maps and restaurant recommendations etc then you quickly get told you are on the “owners guest list” to attend this 2 hour long meeting. They don’t say what for, just that you get a free gift. Well this whole thing turned into me constantly telling them I was not interested and they would not take no for an answer, they even said they wanted to talk to my wife about it and I said no. I was going to just tell them a time I was gonna go and not show up but they want a credit card for deposit on the “gift” This is insane, I’m on vacation, I’m not sitting in a non-mandatory sales pitch for 2 hours. They ultimately took us off the list and saying no about ten times. Other than that parking is good and beach access is great as well however the rooms look nothing like they do on the listing. What I thought was going to be a nice colorful clean room with a view turned out to be only gray and white, a dirty bathtub, a view of the parking garage, and air conditioning that only worked the last 3 hours in our room. It was constantly 76 inside. I would not stay here again, beach access is great but the stupid sales pitch, not as described rooms, and poor cleanliness and a no go for us.

The only thing I didn't like is check-in took way too long and the concierge tried so hard to pressure me into taking a tour of the premises after I said I wasn't interested so many times. Other than that I loved everything about it.

Hotels.com was a disaster

Stay was great! Booking it through hotels.com was a complete nightmare!!!! Went for my best friends sons funeral and hotels.com did not send my reservation over to the property. I almost ended up sleeping in my car as all the rooms were booked and had to pay for an additional 2 nights since they didn’t send my payment to the property. I would book elsewhere such as the actual hotel sites.

Beach trip

This hotel was amazing. The room was bigger than expected and clean. Having the beach so close to the hotel was awesome! This property takes the stress off, i highly recomend!
