"The good: Bedroom was clean and large. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good. Bar was nice. The bad: Bad smell (drains?) in the bathroom and found a cockroach in there. Pool not open. To say our room (room 119, first floor) had a Mountain View would be pushing it a bit - yes there were mountains but the view basically was the road behind the hotel and the houses on it. If you are after a Mountain View room go as high as possible, but I would advise getting a sea view."

"Room was very clean. It’s a ground floor apartment and can be a little noisy sometimes when people come in and out of the apartment block. The apartment is located a minute away from the Roman ampitheatre . 5min walk to the harbour front, shops and restaurants. There’s no view as it faces onto the street. Room facilities were good with the exception of the shower which we found difficult to regulate the temperature."

"Room was clean. Furniture a little worn out but in useable condition. Beds a little hard but clean. Bathroom was clean but mold seen as ventilation is poor. Bathtub height approx 18 inches so may be difficult for some to enter and exit. Lots of hot water. Cooling to room is through central A/C and stays warm no matter how low you set thermostat. Cafeteria is good for evening dinner. Restaurant buffet was cold but ok priced a little high but convenient."

"The location was superb! The staff were welcoming, friendly, helpful & efficient. The room was spotless, the beds very comfortable, & the linen very clean. The seaview from the balcony was amazing. We enjoyed a lovely tapas supper & the service very good. The hotel overall is a little tired but the views & the friendly staff made our stay very memorable."

"Recibimos el código de entrada 15 minutos antes del la hora de entrada. Para aparcar puedes disponer del parking gratuito de la UPCT a unos 10 minutos escasos caminando. Ahora bien, el apartamento deja bastante que desear en general. Cogimos uno de 2 habitaciones porque íbamos con niños, era amplio pero el mobiliario se veía bastante reventado y la limpieza hecha muy por encima. Las sillas del salón llenas de migas y el aseo con el suelo y las paredes sucias. Para pasar una noche te vale, no...
