"Host was extremely rude. We were trying to enter the building with provided code and the door would not open. We called for assistance and she yelled at us that we were not pushing the door. No offense but one should not have to use your shoulder with force to open a door. Bathroom was covered in mold, hallway & room has strong chemical odor, pillows were of questionable quality & cleanliness. Upon leaving we were greeted by the host and she felt compelled to show us how “easy” it was to...

"Booked a twin and double room. Rooms clean and well appointed with a communal kitchen area for use by guests. Did not use breakfast service as we left in the morning before the hotel staff had arrived. Only small complaint was that the staff were unable to open the connecting door between the 2 rooms which would have made things a lot easier. "

"Perfect place to stay with a dog. The mattress could do with an upgrade but otherwise very comfortable although there was an overwhelming smell of cleaning products in the accommodation. Food is excellent. "

"The facilities are so run down, mould in the bathroom, doors that dont fit, general decor is tatty and the rooms are dirty. Staff were friendly and breakfast was ok, although just a little greasy. We wouldnt stay here again but based on cost, you get what you pay for. Poor doos Waterside......"
