Nice budget hotel with clean rooms and good service. Located near the rail station and two metro stations which makes it convenient for travelling within and outside the city. Good breakfast is served from 7am everyday. 3rd sofa bed was a bit rough but not too bad. Friendly staff.

Good breakfast spread. Staff helpful. I had issues for late check out as American credit cards didn’t work. They only take Belarus roubles which was not helpful as I have only US dollars. The staff also not knowledgeable about registration process required by Belarus for tourists staying over 5 days. The registration can be done online and I was told that Hotels should be able to help tourists But Hampton by Hilton at Minsk Ciry center didn’t know the process. Impeovementd: They should find a way to accept American credit cards, the staff should be trained in tourist registration process and they should accept US Dollars for payment.

Business Trip

All of the staff members were very helpful and cooperative during my 2 week stay. The location is convenient to transportation (bus, train, and car) and the two malls are a short walk away. I will be returning to the hotel again in a few weeks.

Great hotel

Hotel was really nice and all the service was polite. Except when I made my check out. The person did not look me in to the eyes when returned the key, and she looked angry for some reason. I wanted to tell how much I enjoyed my stay in the hotel, but didn’t because she looked so angry. I did not take it personally and I want to think that she was sad that I was leaving. Anyway, this was only an isolated situation and everything else was really nice. I wanted to mention this so that hopefully they will in the future be more polite to every one.

You cant get fresh air in rooms

In the rooms windows dont open. You can not get fresh air at all. It was the only negative thing about the room. All the rest was good.
