"It was said not to smoke within 25 ft but the smokers always stay at the entrance to smoke. As soon as you get out of the car, all the smoke get into your nose. I don’t like second hand smoke and I don’t like smell that nasty smell. Other than that, everything was good. "

"Arrived around 10pm to check in. Two police officers were watching security footage of an incident. Condition of hotel is between a 1-2 star. Front Desk staff handed me a single key rattled off the room number and walked away. No instructions on direction of room, where to park, etc... The elevator was out of service and I was given a 3rd floor handicap accessible room...Chose this location due to the Sonesta Brand's consistency and having a kitchen. The "stocked" kitchen included 1 fork, 1...

"The room was nice . If you bring a Amazon Firestick or anything to hook to your TV they no longer provide wifi for your television. The Hot Tub in the pool are was Luke Warm at Best and the Breakfast Buffet was SubPar. Both the eggs and potatoes were loaded with red and green peppers which I assume not everyone likes , I know I don't. There is much better places to stay in Shakopee so I won't be going back to Americinn "
