"We have stayed in Duluth many times, usually in Canal Park or a Airbnb house. This was a new experience being on the port side of Park Point. We loved it. Everything about it. The Hotel is very clean and updated. Lovely rooms, nice beds. We had a balcony looking over the marina, very nice. Quiet out of the way location, but an easy walk into Canal Park for restaurants and shops. One of my favorite things about Park Point is the beautiful beach that runs the whole length. So we had a nice walk...

"Instant hot water! Beautiful view from deck. Sufficiently large room, bed and furniture in very good condition. We were very comfortable, even spent a day lounging inside. It is very near Interstate 35 and the Lazy Bear restaurant is almost next door, has great food. It's not a

motel, but very clean, has several outlets, good AC, coffee maker, refrigerator, TV, long bar to hang clothes, hair dryer. We enjoyed our stay!"
