"I left a power cord in my room. When I discovered it gone I called motel. They put me on hold for a while and came back and said they could not find it. Few minutes later Jordan called me and said they found it. So I went back the next day and got it. Really appreciate the team. Also glad I had left the cleaning staff a tip."

"On 9/26 when I chose this hotel, I did so because it had a rating of 8 out of 10. That was undeserved. I would have given this a 5 out of 10. It was run down, no coffee pot in the room so I couldn't make tea with my own water, cheap pillows, broken door lock chain, cheap complimentary soap. However, the staff did what was expected, it had a mattress encased in a protective bag, a nice fridge/freezer, and TV. It was a discount hotel with free parking and quiet rooms. That is enough for most. ...

"Most importantly our room was clean. It was fairly quiet except when other people left their room and let the door slam. It was a perfect location for us and I would stay there again."

"when I asked for a couple of extra pillows .. the front desk not only made them available but delivered them personally to my room .. and being disabled .. that meant my expectations had been exceeded .. thank you very much"

"The guy was super arrogant, the rooms smelled like cigarettes, and the bed was incredibly unstable and smelled awful. I tried to cancel my reservation, but the receptionist wouldn't allow it."

"To do the excessive amount of chemical cleaners that they use I could not stay at the motel due to allergies. I asked for a refund and they said they could only refund one night not two because they have a 48 hour policy. It didn’t matter to them that we had allergies and could not stay in that environment so I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Been going there of awhile now. Remember they have construction work to do some updates . That was not a problem for us at all. Always had very friendly staff! Rooms have been very good for the price."

"TV did not work in our room. They did switch us to another room. Building is old . Some dirty walls and cracked windows. The lady at the front desk was nice. We won’t be staying there again."
