"Check in was super easy and fast. All the staff were great and freindly. We had 1 cottage and 1 villa. Both had enough room for everyone. Cottage was elite with pool and hot tub. Super convenient to parks and restaurants. Public pools were wonderful and warm. Loved the staff that came to the pool with drinks. Provisions had great coffee options. "Everything was so tidy and laid out nicely. Had some issues with the fold out couch and decided we'd leave it for someone more experienced. Did not use any of the amenities, but everything looked very clean and well-kept. We especially appreciated the cleaning supplies under the sink. "

"Exactly what we needed for our stay in Disney. Was first time we have stayed off property and besides not getting in to the park early, this place was great. It rained on us every day at the park and was nice to be able to through our jacket in the dryer! On negative i will say is the washer and dryer was loud HA! But other than that place had everythign we needed. Oh and fyi this place was not 3 bed rooms. It was 4! Maybe because it didtn have a bathroom? Not sure but was 4 bedroom 3 and half...

"Great stay. Very close to Universal where we were all week. Only issues were we were woken up by some construction right above us on one day. Then at the end of our stay the cleaners were pretty pushy. They knocked on the door around 10 and we told them we planned on leaving at 11. Then another came back at 15 till 11 and asked us again when we were leaving. Outside of those small things we really enjoyed everything and would return."
