No hot tub. It was out of order. "Arcade" machines were very very poor. No way to even move the toys, coin slots jammed so you couldnt use quarters. No pool towels available all weekend.

Breakfast was not ready. I left at 6:30 am. I was told when arrived that Breakfast is ready at 6am.

The location was very convenient for walking to the Mall of America. They also offer a 4 a.m. airport shuttle, which not all hotels provide, and that was a huge plus for us. Had to call several times for shuttle to pick up from MOA and ending up having to walk back in the dark and cold without jackets.
