"We were looking forward to a 3-night stay at this boutique hotel, with its restaurant and pool. However, upon arrival we learned there was no restaurant, and then were told the pool was closed which was a key amenity in my booking. Disappointed, we headed to our room hoping to make the best of it.
The room had a funky smell despite being non-smoking, so I tried airing it out. Then my daughter noticed a sticky substance on the walls, so she washed her hands and we figured we'd just avoid...

Breakfast was decent, over ripe bananas, frozen oranges, not a good selection of hot food, sink filled up(needs cleaned out), shower handle was very hard to turn, paper thin walls, no room darkening blinds, pillows were awful, staff told us that was what you get, mediocre workout room, decent location, lake view yes but with parking lot and power lines, dont pay extra.
