"My superior sapa room was lovely, clean, and well appointed. Very comfortable bed, great shower and the decor all very tropical. Staff were excellent- helpful, attentive, friendly and spoke English. Restaurant had a full menu with both western and Vietnamese options to suit everyone. Breakfast is included and again has lots of options. The resort is beautiful and kept impeccably clean. The ocean did have a bit of litter in it but that went away once the winds picked up. Really enjoyed my stay...

"The room was very clean, very comfortable and had a nice view, The staff were extremely polite and attentive, we did not experience any waiting for anything, I loved having a little dip in the pool before breakfast. The hotel is well situated, on the main raid between Phan Thiet & Mui Ne. The breakfast was well presented but unfortunately didn’t taste so much, so that is the only opportunity for improvement, otherwise a fantastic stay, thank you very much to all at the staff at the hotel"

"Der Aufenthalt im Blue Ocean Resort hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zimmer: Unser Superior Zimmer war sehr geräumig und liess keine Wünsche offen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Anlage: Die Anlage ist in einem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Zustand. Es ist eine schöne kleine Anlage mit Pool und Strandzugang. Strand: Vom Strand ist leider nicht mehr viel da, da dieser von den Wellen weggespült wurde. Baden ist mehr oder weniger nur am Morgen möglich, da danach die Wellen zu hoch sind. Es ist auch eher...

"대체로 만족이지만 호텔 프론트 직원 일부와 내 직원이 영어을 못해 의사소통에 불편이 있었고 호텔프론트 한 여자직원이 너무 불친절해 컴플레인 걸려다가 여행 기분 망치기 싫어 참았습니다. 문의 말에 대답을 안하고 기분 나쁘게 쳐다보며 무시하는건 기본이고 안내하는 부분도 성의가 없고 아무튼 참을 인 자 여러번 긋고 참았습니다. 한국식이면 이름까지 확인하고 오려다가 많이 참았습니다 "
