"Gregorio is excellent host, always available, great communication and gave us great advice about the places to eat. The Gusta pizza was an excellent choice. One day we had to leave early in the morning, way before the breakfast hours, to take ferry to egadi islands. The staff was really nice, packed a take away breakfast, so we can take it with us on the trip."

While the location isn’t ideal if you want to be in the centre of things, it worked perfectly for us as a base to explore the west of the island, with places like Trapani, Scopello, and the Zingaro Reserve all within easy reach. "Our stay was fine. The mattress, bedding and pillows need significant improvement. The rooms are spacious but lack in charm, particularly in comparison to the charm conveyed in the photos online. The plumbing was imperfect. The shower head required holding in place to prevent it from spraying all over the place. Well located and nice staff. "
