"Unfortunately our stay was marred by the fact that the bathroom bin had not been emptied and contained the previous residents used sanitary products!!! The shower took 25 minutes to drain and, whilst we understand the logistics of old manor houses, if the plumbing is not up to standard then this should be at least mentioned on booking. "Looked ok in reception but that’s as good as it got , very out dated and not a great deal worked in the room . Very nearly boiled the kettle for a coffee in the morning before looking in it . Never seen anything like that before . When reeling off the stuff wrong with the room the staff were not bothered at all . Was charged £130 for the night and wouldn’t have paid £30 if I had a choice ."

"Wall Eden Farm is a bit of a gem. It’s peaceful and uncomplicated, and the staff welcomed us warmly and seemed genuinely interested in us and making sure we had a good stay. We stayed as a family and felt at ease straight away. There’s lots of nature and wildlife around if you take the time to notice it, which we really enjoyed.
