The amenities and location by the waterfront added to the charm of the hotel. However, I did notice that the floors could benefit from deeper cleaning, as they appeared a bit neglected. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would recommend the hotel with the hope that the cleanliness issue will be addressed. "

"The service at this hotel couldn’t be better. The customer service is 6 star. I have stayed here for the 3rd or 4th time for about a week each time. The staff are very kind and respond urgently to every request. Get the breakfast with your room it is worth it. If you get tired of the food order an omelette, which is included without cheese. The cheese costs too much. Also the only complaint is laundry expense is too much. I wish they would have removed their face masks, to see their wonderful smiles. They are the best and the price is great!"
