"Perfect from check in to check out. Staff were both professional and friendly. Rooms were super comfortable and well appointed. The grounds were lovely to walk around and lots of extra activities - free slushies, marshmellow toasting etc ( it was during school holidays) We had dinner in the Harvest restaurant- outstanding. "We have the smell of smoke coming through the room with the door closed (but a large gap under the door.) Room 36 We are non smokers and I know it is not allowed in the rooms. But obviously someone was either on the stairs or on the verandah smoking. The bed was extremely hard. But overall otherwise. We were happy with the motel. Would of been nice to have a breakfast option. "

"I came all the way from Hawaii to Australia on my first time visit to the country, the staff at the Mercure is very nice from the workers at the front desk to the the cleaners and the cooks. The continental breakfast is the best. I will always stay here when ever I visit my family in Australia again, thank you staff for the pleasant hospitality."
