"What a wonderful stay. From the abdolutely nice place , beautifuly mentained, to a absolute clean room ,to a very nice loby room with all the amenities needed. The baggels and especialy the raspberry spread that was delicious, not to mention the hospitality the owners oferred was bar none. Mike made sure everybody and everything was great for a nice quiet stay. That makes it for a come back for sure. Absolutely reccomend this wonderful place 100% !!! "The place smelled heavily of marijuana. On check in I had to provide my card because I chose the pay at the hotel option. I was in a rush to register so I didn’t pick up on the fact that I didn’t get a receipt. On check out I just handed my cards in and was told I was all set. As I pulled into the road I got a charge for an additional $20 to my credit card. Checking my credit card transactions, I was charged $20 extra on my original reservation. "Great hotel for the price. They’re turning the outdoor pool into a patio, and they’ve removed the in-room coffee makers (both still advertised on their IHG website), but great location and nice staff plus good breakfast!"

"We drove 2 days to get to The Best western in Plattsburgh, NY. We got to the hotel at 2 pm.and asked to check in. The clerk told us check in time was 4 pm. We told him that we had traveled from Georgia. He told us that if we wanted to check in early there would be a $25.00 fee. We have arrived at other hotels before scheduled check in times and have been accommodated. By telling us that we could check in early for a fee let us know that there were rooms ready and by arriving early the customer...
