"There was no refrigerator in the room when we arrived that was resolved then when our key card wouldn’t get us into our room we could open the door by sliding a card between the door and the door frame and it just popped right open very little safety there. Opened the microwave on our first night and there was some crusty old food in a cup and who knows how long that had been there. No coffee pot in the room no coffee in the front lobby. Nothing zero there’s nothing as far as an amenity except...

"For price and location, I thought it was great. The room was clean, the A/C was cold. There was free bottled water, which was very nice after unloading the car in that heat. The pool was clean as well as the pool deck. It was located conveniently close to almost everything. I will be staying here for all my future trips to Pensacola (which is often)"

"The pictures in Expedia were very deceiving. This is more of a 3 star hotel. Consist of 2 buildings, First room given was in the second building which looked rough and poorly kept. Room smelled of mold as soon as you entered. Went to receptionist and requested a better room. Second room in first building was better, however, after the first day, discovered that the air conditioner was rigged to cool to 73 degrees and then stop. When it reached 78 degrees it would turn on again. A/C also...
