"My husband and I stayed at this establishment on March 28 &29, 2026. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodations and the cleanliness of the room. The hotel's location, conveniently situated off a major highway, was remarkably peaceful, with no noticeable noise from the highway. Moreover, the shared parking lot with a family-friendly chain restaurant proved to be very convenient for our requirements. The proximity of the hotel to Gillette Stadium was also greatly appreciated, making it an excellent choice for those attending events there. Furthermore, being located approximately 35 minutes from downtown Boston strikes a good balance between accessibility and serenity. The rooms are equipped with a small fridge and a microwave. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"I would only book directly They disrespect people who use third party like Expedia- I am a silver Bonvoy member who booked through Expedia a double bed room and was a given a king room. Their solution since they gave away my double room, saying I wasn’t guaranteed because third party booking which I never heard of before!! And I travel every week! Was to bring a roll away- it took an hour to arrive, was basically like a hospital bed one pillow and a thin blanket and guy from housekeeping who brought it was angry that we inconvenienced his night - rude!! The gym is ok- clean but no windows which always feels trapped and dirty The restaurant in the hotel was the rudest people ever serving but the food was good- so just ignore the people and enjoy the food!"

"The desk staff seemed cold and off putting at check in. My room was off the lobby on the first floor and kids were paying soccer in the hallway. At the gym, more underage kids were playing on the equipment and a man with a full glass of beer got on the treadmill next to me. The INDOOR pool was full of kids, and moms were drinking from glasses poolside. Manager and lifeguard had a conversation about unruly kids and rude parents. Parents shouldn’t drink while kids are swimming. That seemed dangerous in a darkened space. Mgt seemed not able to control public spaces. Room was clean and well appointed. I would not return on a weekend due to the number of sports kids and drunk parents."

"No breakfast, downstairs was a complete construction zone ( never was notified ) Booked that hotel for the breakfast. Room was great and very clean. But I didn’t have regular pillows, they were like couch pillows for the bed lol"

"Terrific staff, from the front desk to the valet to the bartenders at the rooftop bar. Great location. "Queen" beds seemed more like fulls? And the pillows are crappy."

"I booked a king size room patio level. At check-in, I was informed that they had no single rooms. After expressing my disappointment, the clerk mentioned he found a single room and checked me in handing me the key. I opened the room door and to my surprise, the room was not vacant. I immediately walked back up to the front to share this. I was then given another room on the upper level. The shower had hair in the tub. This was not a great experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Everything was good except that there is still a smoking side in the casino. You can still smell the cigarette smell in the nonsmoking side. If they were like Foxwoods and Mohegan which are nonsmoking and just have designated smoking areas outside the casino, it would be great! Thats just me because I don’t smoke cigarettes."
