Have been here several times now and always find the hotel and facilities to be excellent. This time we were staying in an accessible room and I found the bed to be very firm. Pillows also firm. Relaxing
Lovely character cottage and lovely host. We didn't get any check-in instructions but our host popped out to greet us when we arrived (late) and showed us quickly around so it was no problem. Very well equipped which made for a relaxed stay.
