"We stayed for 4 nights and spent $1500 for a partial view room. The customer service was great, everyone was delightful and helpful. The room smelled clean upon check in and was a decent size. There were some stains on one of the pillows which they switched out right away and hairs in the bathroom and tub basin. The chairs in the room were stained as well so we avoided using them. The hotel does not offer cleaning service unless you ask which wasn't stated at check-in. The location was amazing, the room just felt dated and not worth the price I paid. We got lucky with the parking, like other reviewers stated, if you have a larger vehicle it's going to be challenging."

"The property was good and the pool / bar was excellent. Barracuda pool bar food and drink were excellent! The only down fall was the water pressure in the sink and shower were very poor!! Next to get the water pressure up to standards. Was not expecting to have to pay to park our car 😞 Over all was nice facility"

"The hotel promised me a partial ocean view, but the reality was very disappointing. The view was mostly of the neighboring building’s wall, with only a tiny glimpse of the ocean. I was also traveling with my dog, and the only thing separating our balcony from the neighboring balcony was a metal railing with gaps wide enough for my dog to fit through, which made me feel very unsafe. I genuinely feel that I was misled by the description of a “partial ocean view.” I paid approximately $1,000 for two nights, and the room I received did not match the reasonable expectations created by that description."
