"Excellent hotel. Arrived early and was able to park up. The weather wasn’t too good so was able to use spa before checking in. Spa was really good and spent 2 hrs chilling whilst it rained outside. Staff throughout the hotel were all very helpful and the breakfast was superb. Will defo stay at the hotel again and I would recommend it to anyone who wants the freedom to use the facilities of the hotel but be in close proximity to bars and restaurants outside."

"It is a lovely property on a great location. It works like a well oiled machine until you ask for something out of the ordinary. Porridge made with normal milk was too challenging I felt. Yes they would be showing the England match - so we cancelled our booking elsewhere. Then they didn’t show it."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, warm plates in the plate holder. That must be a first, tea and coffee was also hot. Food selection was good. Would definitely stay for a night again if stopping off on the at further south. Dog 🐕 was made very welcome 🤗 and got a treat. Good central location. 💙🤗🙏xxx"

"Great room, brilliant choices on breakfast buffet. Enjoyed the pool,hot tub and steam room. Great grounds and parking. Enjoyed the cask ale not just fizzy t bar beer. Had 2 great evening meals. Nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle, lots to see and do within driving distance. Great friendly attentive staff"

"Value for money…. The rooms are not the cheapest, but they are worth the money. From start to finish the say was perfect. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to welcome you. We wished we had stayed another night and will definitely come back. The food and selection for breakfast was great and they accommodated our miniature poodle throughout our stay with a special welcome basket on arrival. All in all a wonderful getaway, thank you."
