"Bre , and Princess went above and beyond customer service and accommodation!! It was my wife’s birthday surprise weekend.. Bre decorated the entire room and the door. My wife was so happy thank you so much for taking the time to do this for my wife.. princess was excellent in customer service and handling an issue quick and in an efficient manner. I was very happy with my stay here and will recommend it to anyone I know and will be returning anytime we come up to ATV ride.. very enjoyable weekend and I think everyone involved with their amazing customer service and dedication to their job ! very well done !! "Didnt have my room so got put in the honeymoon room. Paid extra for a jacuzzi and it had scum lines where it hadnt been scrubbed.. mildew like odor in the room."

"The Inn is a lovely "home away from home" -- comfy and welcoming. Renovations were underway during our visit but we wouldn't have known if the sign on the office door hadn't said so -- no noise or inconvenience. The room was spic-and-span clean, the bed was comfortable with excellent pillows, and a full-size couch for lounging completed the suite. The refrigerator was super quiet; in fact, this was the quietest hotel room we've ever had. Parking was right outside our room -- easy in-and-out for all our daily trips. We couldn't have asked for a nicer visit at a great price."
