Room keys wernt given to us at check in, the light in the pool room flickered constantly for 3 days, there was a bug carcus on our bed.. coffee whitener was expired..made me sick to my stomach.. night audit maria was very rude to guests and yelling and screaming pointing aggressive manners... they said they would open breakfast up 15 min early for us to help accommodate early check outs, and maria wouldnt even turn the lights on for us!!
