"Margaret and her home are spectacular. Close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions Margaret is a great host. Very knowledgeable about her home and the surrounding area. She made us feel completely at home. The room was beautiful and the bathroom is very well done. We took a peak in the studio in back as we left and it is 70s fab!! We will be back for sure!! Thank you Margaret for sharing your home with us"

"Our recent stay was okay there was definitely room for improvement. We stay at this hotel as it is pet friendly and very accommodating. During this stay however we found the customer service lacking. On two occasions the hotel employees did not want to help us with requests. We asked for a fork and was told no forks and then we wasted water on our bed sheets and was told we have no comforters Definitely need to work on helping customers "

"Rooms were dirty. Found a used facecloth hanging on tub curtain rod. Face-clothes were stained… Property needs some love as it’s musty and outdated."

"Breakfast was very good. Everything was hot that should be. Coffee was good. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. Again, we like the patio door with parking right outside to unload easily. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"What a hidden gem !!! This property is filled with surprises. We enjoyed sitting in the front living room after dinner in town. We had a glass of wine listening to Cat Stevens on the record player then snuck an ice cream sandwich from the freezer upstairs. Our room was stunning and filled with interesting details such as power set up for all our electronics, sound machine for sleep, comfortable bed, hot shower. Woke to breakfast in the hidden surprise of a dining hall. Perfect selection of foods ,hot coffee and pleasant chat with other guests...newcomers to Canada from Scotland. Drove away wishing we were staying longer."
