"The woman at the counter was able to help us out of a mix-up that we had. She was fabulous and was able to straighten things out so that everyone involved was happy. The room was perfect and comfortable. This is a great place to stay. Breakfast was very good also."

At 1015 when I checked at the front desk The room was finally done. I don't believe I will ever try booking there again!"

"Always have stayed at the Bluemont. However, this time, was different. When I booked the reservation almost a year ago, breakfasts were complimentary. One of the reasons I liked staying there. Apparently the hotel has changed hands and they now charge $20 for breakfast. Also there is a charge for overnight parking of $17. Both of these would have been nice to know thru Expedia before the stay because that’s not what I reserved! But because it was Graduation weekend, room rates were ridiculous...

"Overall the place seemed clean and the staff were very friendly. My only complaints are that the water pressure in the bathroom room was low and the water took forever to get hot as well as the body wash in the shower was completely empty- didn’t realize till I was already in the shower."
