"Spacious, well equipped rooms with large couch and comfortable bed. Convenient position, easy parking and check in. Has potential to rate higher but there are elements that need maintenance, such as the broken bathroom fan and the badly torn curtains. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well as they had not mopped the corners or the area at the base of the toilet. "Unfortunately I had to change my booking from Tuesday 14/5/24 to Monday 13/5/24 due to unforeseen circumstances. I was totally disappointed that even though I had given the Hotel at least 10 days notice I was charged an additional $30 to change my booking. I don't consider this fair and reasonable and tarnished our stay there."
