"The staff was warm, smiley, and courteous. There was an issue with the room, and it was handled quickly and efficiently. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel owner was a pleasant person who came to talk with us, gave us tips on where to travel, and asked for our suggestions on how to improve the hospitality. It was definitely an excellent experience in Crete, and we will surely return there next time."

"The whole holiday from start to finish was above and beyond from the staff nice personal touch from the team of staff. Food options were amazing, catering virtually all day long if you want it and the drinks are great too with cocktails even on the all inclusive. I couldn’t praise this Hotel/holiday enough. "Das Zimmer (wir hatten mit Privatpool) war sehr gut, sauber die Anlage war gepflegt, wir konnten auch eher schon ins Zimmer. Aber das Hotel ist ansonsten weit von 5 Sternen entfernt. Das Frühstücksbuffet, besonders der "Kaffee" ist zum davonrennen, auch das Personal hat nichts mit 5 Sternen zu tun. Zum Glück liegt das Hotel an einer Touristenstraße, so dass es genug Möglichkeiten zum Essen gibt, vor allem der griechische Bäcker direkt neben dem Hotel und das Woodstone in der Nähe sind echt gut....
