Front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and multilingual. Room was clean and surprisingly large for a European hotel. Plenty of space for 3 beds for 4 people. Bathroom was equally large with both a soaking tub & shower. The hotel restaurant doesn't open for dinner, but they offer a discount at a local restaurant very close by (walkable) that has delicious food.

Front staff was very professional and helpful and the room we stayed in for 3 (with our daughter) was spacious and very clean. Instead of a cot, the twin bed was a comfortable bed and well placed in the room. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The room, facility, and staff was great. No issues with check-in/check-out. The rooms are well appointed, especially for the price. Only problem was they do not have an airport shuttle, which was advertised and the main reason we booked with them through Expedia. They did help reserve taxi’s, but they are ridiculously expensive in Italy.

No restaurant in hotel except breakfast

The staff was excellent, and the facility was excellent. However, the location was terrible. It was not really very close to the airport. A very long taxi ride. And there was NO restaurant as was advertised. There is a breakfast room, but there is no food service in the hotel after breakfast. We had counted on having dinner there the night we arrived. The facility is located in an industrial park and the few restaurants in the area were closed on Monday night when we arrived. So it was impossible to get dinner. We ate from the hotels’ self serve selection with prepared meals cooked in the microwave. Adequate but not very appetizing. So be forewarned that this is a possibility that there is no nearby restaurants available on Monday and absolutely no restaurant in the hotel.

Per hotels.com app this hotel was supposed to have a RESTAURANT, SHUTTLE SERVICE, which were nonexistent!! Taxis were super expensive even though only 4 miles from airport, running €40 as the meter started from wherever the taxi was coming from!! What a RIP OFF!! Plus we had to hurry up & vacate the premises as they were shutting down hotel for the month of August for their vacation. So headed to airport super early. STAY CLEAR OF THIS HOTEL!!! Room & bathroom were big but nothing else great to say about this stay.

We enjoyed staying at NH Linate. It was a beautiful hotel and the bathroom was very clean. There was an ant problem in our room on the third floor. We noticed an ant trap in the bathroom on arrival. The next morning there were many ants in our room. We tried killing some, but there were a lot and I think this must be an ongoing issue due to the trap.

Pagué un desayuno para 4 personas y como no tienen transporte me tuve que ir 1 hora antes porque voy con niños y maletas.
